Driving America
The Henry Ford
Dearborn, MI
America's greatest history destination
An amazing place of the history of automobiles, rail, Lego,
airplanes, agriculture to the Greenfield village which we did
not tour at this time. Also the I Max theatre. Enjoy a sample
of some photographs. We took a bus to the Ford Rouge center
to tour the factory where they were working, an amazing tour
complete with several theatres to gain an insight before one started
the tour above the factory floor. This is a 21st Century industrial plant
where production started for the F-150 trucks in 2004.The plant can
handle 3 vehicle platforms, 9 models on a single assembly line.
No photos allowed inside the factory! Only on the observation deck.
